If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 calendar days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("CCR 2013").
To cancel, email [email protected] before the end of the 14-day period with a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Model cancellation form (optional):

6.2 Waiver of cancellation right — digital content
Under Regulation 37 of the CCR 2013, you lose your right to cancel once digital content supply begins, provided that at checkout you gave express prior consent to supply beginning before the Cancellation Period ended and acknowledged that your right to cancel would thereby be lost.
At checkout, you will be asked to tick a mandatory confirmation box:
"I request that the course content is made available to me immediately upon purchase. I understand that by beginning to access the content, I lose my right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013."
Once you have ticked this box and accessed any Course content, the 14-day cancellation right is waived. If you have not yet accessed any content, your cancellation right remains intact.
7. Refunds
- Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of Course content has been accessed.
- No refund after 30% of Course content has been accessed or after 14 days from purchase, whichever is earlier.
- Refunds for faulty or misdescribed digital content remain available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of access level.
8. Intellectual Property
All Course content — including videos, workbooks, study notes, and associated materials — is the intellectual property of The Private Office Method Ltd. All rights reserved.
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private study only. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or re-publish any part of the Course content.
- Share your account login with any other person.
- Re-sell, sub-licence, or commercially exploit any Course materials.
- Create derivative works without our prior written consent.
- Record, screenshot, or extract video content where technically prevented.
Breach of this clause may result in immediate access termination without refund and may give rise to a claim under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Course content for commercial re-delivery, attempt to circumvent access controls on the Kajabi platform, upload or share Course materials on any public platform, or infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Course provides professional development education. It does not constitute legal, financial, or career advice. Results vary by individual effort and circumstances.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) our total liability to you will not exceed the price paid for the Course; (b) we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the right to receive digital content of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described — are unaffected.
